With 45 Xtreme Triathlon finishes, there's a good chance I'll have done the race you will be taking on. While this is certainly not a requirement, it can be helpful for your support to have experienced the race. I've also supported at a couple of events including the original Janosik course which required a support runner for the whole marathon and also at Norseman which I've completed 7 times.
